We want you to be fully satisfied with your Keychron mechanical keyboard and accessories. If your product is defective or you have changed your mind, you can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our support team with your order number and clear photos or videos demonstrating the issue or the unopened condition of the product.

  Receive Authorization

  Once reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the specific return shipping address for our regional warehouse.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all cables and keycap pullers, and ship them using a trackable courier service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our technical team inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
